Produce an MSA Circular Letter to Surveyors, instructing them, when surveying rigid inflatable craft, to include the inflatable pontoons and their attachments to the hull, as though they were an integral part of the hull.

Ensure any exemption from compliance with the airspeed restrictions in controlled airspace, approved by CAA, is properly promulgated.

undertake and publish further quantitative research and causal analyses of flying training-related accidents and incidents held in the CAA’s occurrence database to assess fully and identify any potential systemic safety issues, trends and risks, so that appropriate safety strategies can be adopted to improve safety performance within the New Zealand flying training system
