The submission by the Aviation Authority Working Group to the Policy and Standards Development section of the CAA regarding Aerobatics and Display Flying in New Zealand be given priority so that the provisions of the submission may be included as a new part, or incorporated in an existing part, of the Civil Aviation Rules, with a minimum of delay.
