The submission by the Aviation Authority Working Group to the Policy and Standards Development section of the CAA regarding Aerobatics and Display Flying in New Zealand be given priority so that the provisions of the submission may be included as a new part, or incorporated in an existing part, of the Civil Aviation Rules, with a minimum of delay.

In response it is advised that the Rules and Standards Group of the Civil Aviation Authority is proceeding as quickly as possible with the production of Rule Part 91 and in so doing will take into account the recommendations made by the Aviation Industry Working Group regarding Aerobatics and Display Flying.
