The Director will accept his recommendation and the Manager Safety Investigation will review procedures to ensure information is correctly categorised and processed. In addition the after normal working hours process will be enhanced to detect serious incidents in a timely manner.
This review will be completed by 1 August 2005 and the new procedures will be implemented during September.
