I will require all registered owners of Pterodactyl Ascender II + 2 Microlight Aircraft to re-configure their aircraft by permanently removing the second seat and supporting structures. I will reclassify the Pterodactyl Ascender II + 2 Microlight Aircraft as a Class 1 Microlight Aircraft (CAR Part 103.3 refers)
