We will advise the shipping industry of our concern that flat top containers are being transported in this manner. We will also suggest to the Institute of International Containers Lessors Ltd that they include the inspection of the twist locks, and other securing arrangements for the purposes of stacking flat top containers, in their Guide for Container Equipment Inspection.
