Present this report to the National Pleasure Boat Safety Forum with a view that the Forum determine the feasibility of private boats being registered, marked accordingly and required to meet minimum standards of seaworthiness.

This recommendation will be included as an agenda item for discussion at the next meeting of the National Pleasure Boat Safety Forum. The next scheduled meeting of the Forum is in May 2006.
