The Director will accept this recommendation and will publish an article in the March 2006 issue of Vector magazine concerning the significance of licensed maintenance engineer's identification of critical lifted components when checking aircraft maintenance documents. The CAA is currently reviewing its procedures for the issue of an Airworthiness Certificate and this matter will be addressed as part of the review.
