The safety recommendation is accepted and has been adopted. The Manual of Air Traffic Control was amended on 1 February to reflect a need to recognise a more conservative approach to the application of this separation and background material attached to that amendment explained that need. The nature of the recommendation precludes being more specific about an implementation completion date.
